Experience
I hold an educational philosophy which posits every student has unique talents and potential that are best used when their individual learning style is discovered and maximized. There are no bad students, simply students who are not being taught properly. Since students are people with unique learning styles, no one-size-fits-all learning model exists. Once a student is taught in a way he or she can understand, he or she is able to grasp the material. It's the challenge of the teacher to discover which learning style best suits their students. Then, the teacher should use this style to teach the student a discipline and push the student beyond what is expected of them. My students find me a patient and enthusiastic teacher who is dedicated to enriching the lives of my students. I take time to get to know my pupils and identify how best to maximize their learning potential. I strive to not only teach a subject, but to give my pupils the self-confidence they need to master any theme or challenge they meet. I use my skills as a teacher to cement a firm educational foundation that is steadily reinforced so that complete mastery is the only possible outcome.
